Reports to Sales Account Manager

  • Tree data collection and service recommendations
  • Estimating, proposal generation and sales

  • Job oversight
  • Customer care and service

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Reports to CEO

  • Supervises crews
  • Conducts tailgate safety meetings
  • Assigns work orders to crews and oversees work scheduling
  • Monitors production productivity
  • Monitors work quality
  • Oversees training of production employees
  • Evaluates and mentors production employee performance
  • Operates specialized equipment (Crane, bucket )
  • Has a commercial drivers license with air brakes certification

CREW LEADER (Foreman) – Tree Care or Specialty Grounds Care

Reports to Sales and Production Manager

  • Responsible for assigned crew and equipment
  • Schedules assigned work
  • Ensures quality and productivity of work performed
  • Follows and implements company and industry safety standards
  • Performs all the work order operations (tree care, specialty ground care or plant health care) with assigned crew
  • Ensures time cares and paperwork are accurate and processed
  • Assists with tailgate safety meetings

TECHNICIAN - Tree Care or Grounds Care

Reports to crew leader

  • Performs work order duties (Tree Climbing or Grounds Care)
  • Follows all company and industry safety standards

APPRENTICE – Tree Care Grounds Person

Reports to crew leader
  • Assists crew leader and technicians from the ground
  • Keeps debris organized and neat
  • Secures work area for safety (Cones, signs and warning tape)
  • Operates brush chipper

PLANT HEALTH CARE FOREMAN

Reports to Sales Account Representative and Production Manager

  • Diagnoses plant needs and specifications
  • Recommends specific treatments
  • Has knowledge of appropriate products and their usage
  • Documents usage on each work order 
  • Ensures company compliance to state county and federal rules
  • Assists with tailgate safety meetings
  • Schedules assigned work

PLANT HEALTH CARE TECHNICIAN

Reports to PHC Foreman
  • Performs fertilizer and pesticide treatments
  • Keeps trucks and equipment clean and organized
  • Records and documents pesticide use
  • Communicates schedule with clients and account managers prior to applications.
  • Notifies account manager and PHC foremen when jobs are complete.

EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Reports to Production Manager
  • Responsible for all company rolling stock
  • Performs preventative maintenance
  • Repairs on the job breakdowns as necessary
  • Orders parts and shop supplies
  • Keeps records of equipment maintenance

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

 Reports to Office Manager & Sales Manager

  • Customer Service
      • In house phone support for sales account representatives
      • Assists in customer communication
      • Helps prepare quote and work orders
      • Organizes sales account representative schedules
  • Accounting & Payroll
      • Post weekly timesheet data for all employees
      • Proficient in Quick Books, Excel & Word
      • Administer and calculate workers comp, 401(k), Cafeteria Plan – medical insurance, vacation, sick leave, time off benefits
      • General book keeping and bill payments
      • Manage account receivables
      • Strong knowledge of employment labor laws
  • Business and marketing development assistance

OFFICE MANAGER

Reports to CEO

  • Supervises Administrative Assistant
  • Trains, evaluates and mentors office employee performance
  • Monitors office work quality
  • Monitors office productivity
  • Assists with insurance and risk management
  • Payroll tax accounting
  • Prepares general accounting for management, cost analysis and IRS
  • Leads marketing development
  • Assist with business development
