Mike - I've sold my house and will be moving in 2 months to PA. I'm truely appreciative of all the friendly and prefessional service you have given to me over the last 12 years. I will give your name and recommendation to the new owners.
Many thanks,

Mike,
Thank you for a great presentation to our garden club.
I kept getting feedback about how much people appreciated and enjoyed your talk and how much they learned. Our group in general really appreciates trees - their beauty and importance in our environment. And I hope we'll continue to be good stewards.
Thank you,
Dorothy Thompkins

Subject: Treeless Dam
The dam looks great in its treeless state! Both its appearance and its longevity have been improved. I'm copying this to Mike Neal whose concern sparked my efforts and, I am sure, influenced yours!

Subject: A Job Well Done Mike -
I am writing to let you know how pleased my wife and I are with the job Arboristry Associates did taking down our big hickory and white oak trees.
Your crew was professional in their appearance and in their performance.
Going into this tree removal project, I was a bit concerned about the hickory tree (about 80' tall) which was 15' from our deck and which had limbs overhanging the deck. The Arboristry team took this tree down piece by piece without any problems. I also wanted to comment on the manner in which your associates worked together as a team. Having spent most of my career in the field of human resources management, I am always interested in observing how work teams interact and perform. Your associates demonstrated an exceptional level of cooperation working together and each one treated the other with greatest of respect. This is refreshing to see.
Please convey my appreciation to your team members who were assigned to our tree project this past Friday.
Thanks for a job well done.

Dear Mike,
It was so very kind of you and most generous to throw two trees and four grindings into the "paid" column for our work up in Rhue Hollow.
If I haven't already said so, your people are friendly, professional and do a great job. Footers were dug yesterday, concrete poured today and block work begins on Monday. We're finally underway!! I've only walked the three acres of woods behind the house once so far but I know I'll have plenty of tree work in the future. And I certainly know I have a great company to turn to for that work. Thank you very, very much. Please send Ellen my best regards and may all of you have a good fall and winter. Best wishes,
Bruce
